Here’s a brief note on all the new Chrysler cars that have been introduced in the global auto market for the 2012 model year.
Like always, the new 200 has been introduced in both sedan and convertible body styles. The 200 sedan has been offered in 4-main trims including base LX, Touring, Limited, and S, while the convertible body style version has been provided only in 3-trims, excluding base LX.
All models, except S trim, are powered by a standard 2.4-liter 4-cylinder power-train that has the capability to crank out a decent 173-hp and 166 lb-feet of peak torque. A 4-speed auto gearbox system is standard on the base LX model, while a 6-speed auto gearbox system is optional on the LX trim, and standard on all other trims.
The top-end S gets a standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine that is good for producing 28-horsepower and torque of 260 pound-ft, and the same engine is offered as an optional choice on Limited and Touring trims.

Out of all the new Chrysler models, the latest 300 full-size sedan stands out as one of the most compelling choices among the luxury sedan enthusiasts around the world. It has been introduced in 7-main trims namely base, Limited, 300 C, 300S V-6, 300S V-8, 300C luxury-series, and top-end SRT8.
The base models are propelled by a standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine that has the potential to pump out 292-hp, and 260 pound-feet of torque. The 300S V-8 and 300C models get a standard 5.7-liter V-8 engine that is good for 363-horsepower, and torque of 394 lb-feet.
The top-end SRT8 trim is powered by a highly potent 6.3-liter V-8 engine, which delivers an incredible 470-hp and peak torque of 470 pound-ft.

2012 Town and Country
For 2012, the new Town and Country minivan receives more standard features such as leather seating, an entertainment system at rear seat, power sliding doors, and so on.
Three trim levels are in offer namely base touring, touring-L, and Limited. A standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine is used to power the new minivan that results in an output of 283-hp, and maximum torque of 260 lb-feet.

New Dodge Viper
The renowned sub division of Chrysler Group LLC, Dodge Motors is coming out with a new Viper 2-seat super sports car, which is expected to be released during the 2013 model year.
It has been speculated that the upcoming 2013 Dodge Viper will be equipped with a standard 8.4-liter V-10 engine, which will be able to generate an output as high as 700-horsepower, but to date nothing has been officially confirmed by the automaker.
